NuFlex 302 Bath &
Kitchen Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 302 Bath & Kitchen
Silicone Sealant is a 100% medium modulus, one
component caulking material with a consistency similar to
that of toothpaste. NuFlex 302 cures to form a tough,
rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air.
Because it does not flow due to its own weight, the
ceiling can be applied overhead or on sidewall joints and
surfaces without sagging, slumping or running off. It
adheres to clean metal, glass, most types of wood,
silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramic,
natural and synthetic fiber, painted surfaces and many
plastics. NuFlex 302 has good resistance to weathering,
vibration, moisture, ozone and extreme temperatures. It
may be applied in sub-zero weather without loss of
extrusion or physical property characteristics and is
effective to -46° C (-50° F).

Hi-Temperature Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 302 Hi-Temperature
Silicone Sealant is a one-part non-slumping silicone
sealant with the consistency of toothpaste. It cures when
it is exposed to moisture in the air to form a tough
rubbery seal. NuFlex 302 Hi-Temp was formulated to perform
at temperatures ranging from –65° to 260°C (-85° to 500°F)
under continuous operating conditions. During intermittent
exposure, NuFlex 302 Hi-Temp will withstand temperatures
as high as 316°C (600°F). It is ideal for a number of
sealing and bonding applications. The high temperature
properties of NuFlex 302 Hi-Temp make it ideally suited
for: Sealing and encapsulating heating elements in
appliances, aerospace gasketing, moving oven belts,
industrial ovens and bag filters on smoke stacks. Other
critical bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulating and
protective coatings where parts must perform at high
temperatures. There are also many applications for NuFlex
302 Hi-Temp in and around automobiles, RV's, boats and in
small engines such as: Making and/or replacing expensive
paper and cork gaskets in water pumps, timing chain/belt
covers, rocker covers, heat risers, and any area where
high temperatures and vibration are prevalent. NuFlex 302
Hi-Temp is oxygen sensor safe. Do not use in direct
contact with fuels such as gasoline or diesel fuel.

NuFlex 309 Metal &
Vinyl Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 309 Metal & Vinyl
Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral-cure
elastomeric silicone sealant that cures to form a durable,
flexible, low modulus sealant that is compatible with
common building materials. NuFlex 309 is particularly
effective for sealing construction joints such as those
found in precast concrete, curtainwall and mullion joints.
It forms a durable, flexible, watertight bond with most
building substrates in any combination: masonry, ceramics,
galvanized steel, aluminum and most plastics. It is
virtually unaffected by ultraviolet radiation, ozone,
airborne chemicals or extreme temperatures.

311 Self-Leveling Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 311 Self-Leveling
Silicone Sealant is a flowable, one-part,
neutral-cure, elastomeric silicone sealant that cures to
form a durable, flexible, low modulus sealant. The self-levelling
property means reduced labor cost since tooling is not
required. NuFlex 311 can be used for the following;
sealing horizontal expansion and control joints in parking
garages, driveways, swimming pool decks, concrete floors
and sidewalks.

NuFlex 313 Fast-Cure
Glass & Vinyl Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 313 Fast-Cure Glass
& Vinyl Silicone Sealant is a one-part, silicone
sealant that exhibits accelerated development of it's
surface elastic properties and provides excellent unprimed
adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. NuFlex 313 is
particularly effective in industrial sealing and adhesive
applications where rapid curing characteristics are
required. At 23°C (77°F) and 50% relative humidity, NuFlex
313 has a skin-over time of 7 minutes, a tack-free time of
15 minutes and a light surface scratchresistance time of
30 minutes. NuFlex 313 forms a flexible, durable,
watertight bond to glass, aluminum, wood, galvanized
steel, most metals, most vinyl and plastics. It is
virtually unaffected by ultraviolet radiation, ozone,
air-borne chemicals or temperature extremes.

NuFlex 331 Exterior
Trim Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 331 Exterior Trim
Silicone Sealant is a primerless, non-corrosive 100%
neutral cure silicone that exhibits low modulus, high
adhesive qualities after cured. NuFlex 331 is a
high-quality, ready-to-use silicone that has a very high
level of adhesion, especially to substrates such as PVC
and many plastics which have typically shown difficulty
adhering with silicone sealants. NuFlex 331 is unaffected
by UV and air-borne chemicals. Utilized for multiple
glazing applications where a clear, high-adhesion product
is preferred. Factory-made windows as primary seal/bedding
compound; window installation (especially with wood
finishes); vinyl siding installation; factory and field
installed metal building systems; appliance manufacturing;
aircraft and automotive glazing and manufacturing.

NuFlex 333 Aquarium
Silicone Sealant
|
NuFlex 333 Aquarium
Silicone Sealant is a one-part, moisture curing, 100%
silicone sealant that has been specially formulated for
the construction of aquariums. It will never shrink, dry
out or crack; remains permanently flexible and is harmless
to fish and plants. NuFlex 333 permits the building of
aquariums with an unobstructed view of the fish not
available in conventional ''framed'' aquariums. It also
makes it possible to make three, five, six or more sided
aquariums that are not normally available and they can be
divided into compartments, integrated into coffee tables
or even be made to look like a picture frame in a wall.
Experts recommend the use of 6.4 mm (1/4'') plate glass for
most tanks up to 120 litres (30 U.S. gals) because of the
''clear vision'' through the plate glass.
